Learning the numbers in French is quite simple, but it’s also a very important part of vocabulary.

You’ll need to know numbers to express dates, to pay in shops, in fact, whenever numbers are involved!

With this in mind, here are the numbers:

1 - un
2 - deux
3 - trios
4 - quatre
5 - cinq
6 - six
7 - sept
8 - huit
9 - neuf
10 - dix

If you want to say your age, you use the avoir…ans expression. Here’s an example: “J’ai trente ans” Which means “I’m thirty years old”.
